Rental History

If the applicant currently rents, landlord contact information must be provided on the application, a rental history will be obtained from your previous/current landlord.

Pets
Your pets are welcome in our communities without additional fees or weight limits; we do have some breed restrictions.  We can accept up to 2 dogs and 2 cats but may be able to vary from this based upon type of pet (s) so please ask.  We require proof of current vaccinations and breed (s) of all pets prior to moving in. Pet owners agree not to house, pet-sit, or allow visiting dogs of the following breeds:

Akita, Chow, Pit Bull a.k.a. Staffordshire Terrier, Presa Canario, Cane Corso, Caucasian Ovcharka, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasilerio, Neapolitan Mastiff, Tosa Inu, Rottweiler, Sharpei, and Wolf Hyrbids.

Eligibility

Yearly income required to qualify must be equal to or exceed (no less than) 40 times the rent you will be paying.

Each applicant must provide the two most recent, consecutive paystubs.

If you are self employed, we require two years worth of 3rd party prepared income tax statements.

If you are starting new position, an offer letter on company letterhead with the start date, income, signatures of both the company principle and acceptance by the new employee, will be required. We will confirm offer acceptance and start date.
